That's right, it doesn't matter where you're located or how many items you've ordered. If your total purchase value exceeds $40 USD, you'll receive your keycaps delivered straight to your door with absolutely no shipping cost!

    Returns Policy

    You can return unopened and unused products up to 30 days after receiving them.

    We hope you love our Terra Keycaps products, but if you are in any way unsatisfied, please use our CONTACT US page to initiate a return.

    Once we have received your products, your payment will be refunded.

    Cancellations

    If you placed an order and changed your mind, CONTACT US right away before it is dispatched. We will cancel and fully refund your order.

    Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
