Returns Policy
You can return unopened and unused products up to 30 days after receiving them. We hope your love our Terra Keycaps products, but if you are in any way unsatisfied, please use our CONTACT US page to initiate a return.
Once we have received your products, your payment will be refunded.
Cancellations
If you placed an order and changed your mind, CONTACT US right away before it is dispatched. We will cancel and fully refund your order. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
